The on-line film gel black spot detection test line is composed of drive system, extrusion system, die head, casting roll system, traction system, winding system, film gel black spot detection system and electrical control system, which is used in conventional plastic film extrusion molding. Film gel black spot detection system is an optical detection instrument designed for the surface quality detection of transparent and non-transparent films. It can detect film defects in real time without missing in the film range, such as gel, black spot, fiber, fold, hole and other defects.
